Dr. LaMartina’s Bio
Dr. Thomas LaMartina grew up in the St. Louis area and did his undergraduate work in Springfield, MO. He is a 1995 graduate of the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Dentistry. After graduation, Dr. LaMartina completed a General Practice Residency at Barnes-Jewish and St. Louis Children’s Hospital. He then relocated to Farmington, MO where he and his wife have enjoyed living and raising a family ever since. In 2004, Dr. LaMartina moved from a downtown location to his state of the art facility called Westmount Dental Arts located near the Farmington High School. The new office is tastefully decorated and meticulously kept in a clean, aseptic, handicap accessible condition. Dr LaMartina is currently eligible and will soon be sitting for the prestigious Fellowship of the Academy of General Dentistry award. Only 7% of general dentists reach this level of post-graduate education. In addition, Dr. LaMartina is working on a post-graduate certificate in Esthetic Dentistry at the University of Minnesota. Dr. LaMartina is a certified Invisalign provider which compliments the cosmetic aspect of his practice. At Westmount Dental Arts tooth colored fillings and other cosmetic restorations are used 99% of the time. Dr. LaMartina has invested heavily in technology in order to deliver attractive all porcelain crowns and fillings that are done in a single visit. Most other practices take 2 appointments that are 3 weeks apart in order to deliver a crown.
