Delta Dental of MO – Premier
Essex Dental Insurance.
Cigna Dental Network Savings Program. (discount program)
All other insurance companies we would be considered out of network, but we will gladly bill your insurance for you.
** Our experience has shown that insurance companies will usually pay 50-100% of our fees. However we cannot guarantee what portion (if any) they will pay. On the day of service we will ESTIMATE your portion and it will be due at that time. This is only an estimate. When we do receive payment from your insurance company, any balance left over will then be billed to you.
